Brews and Breakfast Fusion Coffee, Tacloban City

Brews and Breakfast Fusion Coffee is a newly opened coffee, breakfast and brunch restaurant in Tacloban, particularly in Burayan, San Jose. It’s a little bit near Robinsons Place Tacloban and located along the road going to Tacloban’s Airport (Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport). If you are from Robinsons, you can take a pedicab and tell the driver to drop you off at Atillo Shop (fare is Php40 per trip) because this is just across Brews and Breakfast Fusion Coffee.

The manager/owner of the shop is a coffee enthusiast and had been into several trainings about bartending and coffee making so you’ll be assured that it’s not just an ordinary commercialized coffee they are serving. Whether you are the sweet type or the bitter coffee lover, you can surely have it here. They offer a variety of blended coffees with a mix of Brazilian, Ethiopian and Indonesian (java) coffee beans. I personally like the White Mocha blended coffee. It was sweet, creamy and really delicious. For those who prefer hot coffee, I suggest you go for the Scotch Macadamia. The rich flavor of macadamia with a balance of sweet and bitter taste makes it really special. A pourover filter brewer is also made available for coffee snobs who prefer pure rich-flavoured brewed coffee from freshly ground beans!

On the other hand, it’s not only about coffee but also delicious pasta, sandwiches and breakfast meals that are designed to entice your taste buds. These meals have been carefully evaluated by several people for the customers to have the best dining experience with a great coffee at the side. To add-up, they also have free wifi and few power outlets to charge your gadgets.
